Pink and Green Banner

I've been wanting to make one of those cute banners you see everywhere these days, so I finally did it.  I made it to match my craft room.  It took me so much longer than I thought it would and I used a "tub" of glitter (because everything looks better with glitter you know!) and then forgot to take photos before I hung it, of course.  I cut everything on my Cricut and used 2 different K & Company paper pads. 


My New Craft Room!

Well, I guess it's not really fair to call it new, but it's definitely new to me.  I just finished painting, sewing curtains and making my lamp shades and I like it so much better now.  Before it was so plain and disorganized and now it's painted my favorite colors, pink and lime green.  My husband built me new shelves and I made curtains to hide all the stuff that I don't want out on display.  I still have some organizing to do as I've still got some messy areas, but it's a lot better than it used to be.  I will be posting more photos soon.

Lampshade

I got this lamp shade from Ikea and cut out the fabric flowers using my Cricut and then ironed them on.  I made 3 of them to go over my work spaces.  You can also see my new curtains in the background and will post photos of my new craft room as soon as I get it all finished.   

Disneyworld for Thanksgiving

My last post before Christmas said I was going to post photos of my Christmas decorations and I never got around to doing it.  One of my New Year's resolutions is to work on my blog several times a week.  Here we are a couple of weeks into January and I still haven't been doing that.   I will get on track, though.  So, I thought I would post some photos from our Disneyworld trip instead.  I'm going to be posting some new projects this week for sure.
